There isn't one owner, my buddy worked for an independently franchised one in Busan. |
There is only one owner of Poly. If your campus is a franchise then the guy owns the campus - not Poly. |

| I was just offered a job at Poly. I've been teaching for nine years. They offered 2.3. Same hours and workload. |
Counter offer for 3.0 and see what they offer they make in return. A good compromise would be to settle in the middle for 2.7 or 2.8. Otherwise, tell em' to eff off. If they were paying 2.7 or 2.8 in 2005, they should be 3.0 or more today. But, at the very least, they should be the same. |

| 2.3 is extremely low. Depending on the schedule, 2.8 should be the starting salary. Which campus is it? |

| I've been offered Poly positions in Mokdong and Guri-si this week. They were for 2.4 and 2.7 respectively. I turned them both down after hearing about their reputation on this forum. I'm taking a more relaxed job for 2.2 near Busan. I'm more interested in the teaching experience anyway. |
