At the least it is extremely (mathematically speaking) improbable.

...You scrutinized my post through a convoluted lense, put a spin on it, and spun it off on a tangent...
Your reaction to my post is nonsense. It could have made sense if you simply asked for clarification of something you could not comprehend.

It appears more as though you did what you accused UrbanMyth of doing.
It wasn't like they said "****ing MAGNETS, HOW DO THEY WORK?"
They just said they thought what you said was improbable ('extremely' is up for debate).

That is clearly incorrect. TUM said it is mathematically impossible.
What he said was mathematically impossible is my statement.
And I'm just saying what is recorded verifiable history.
Several ESLers in Korea were prosecuted and publicized for being child predators and child pornographers.
Among them are former members of this forum. One of the cases is rather recent, and I had the experience of meeting the person.
Names could be named and threads could be linked, but that would be going off topic.

Your going to the effort of attempting to refute the facts is in fact going off topic.

Actually he said it was "improbable" not "impossible."

Oof. It's that's the case, that's pretty dangerous. Blaming people for not taking someone to the hospital when all they have is a bloody nose or a black eye reeks of 20-20 hindsight. But bleeding from the ears due to a fist fight is a pretty bad sign. I'm pretty sure in MMA or boxing that would warrant an instant fight stoppage, unlike a bloody nose or a mouse on your cheek.

They likely had a guilty conscience and were hoping it all would work out. This is probably why they chose to go to a hotel right next to the base instead of going in and/or seeking help. Higher-ups would probably catch wind of the situation if they acted correctly. If he happened to recover, they would likely be off the hook. It really seems to me that they went out of their way to avoid attracting attention. Considering that it seems one of the group was responsible (or at least someone they knew well) and they they all broke serious rules that night, I can see them being apprehensive about being up front about it.

This does not excuse the fact that they risked his life, and ultimately killed him, to avoid getting in trouble. I'm just pointing out that we can notice a string of poor decisions which are probably related to the contradicting incentives created by the fear of military punishment.

When people get in fights sometimes they die, so don't get in fights. Done.

Learn the difference between the two

and then the rest of us won't have to humiliate you repeatedly.

And yes it remains quite improbable that MOST/ALL of the foreign teachers who are also pedophiles are/were Dave's users as you claimed on the first page. There have been tens of thousands of foreign teachers over the years. There have been (at most) a couple hundred regular users of Dave's. The math simply doesn't make sense.

Here is what you said.

Now get back under your bridge.

Does anyone remember anything about an assault from a US Serviceman towards a smaller (I think Kiwi) man, in Hongdae, just outside Funky Funky, in the Spring of 2009? I lived in Sangsu at the time and my friend and I were walking back to my apartment and we came across a splatter of blood on the ground, an unconscious individual, and two servicemen (one was mentally slow and both of whom were twice the size of the unconscious individual), sitting about 20 feet away in the shadows. I knew first aid, so I ran up to the man bleeidng on the ground. His face was severely punched in. Another man (possibly British or Kiwi) came to me and told me that the two servicemen did this to him, for no apparent reason other than the fact that they felt like punching someone at random.

I went over to them to ask them what happened. One of them was really just kind of mentally challenged or something. He was like "I swear, I din do dat. I din do dat! It Waasn me! It Wassn me!" He got up and ran away through the crowd of onlookers. The other man upon further notice was also pretty banged up, and he was spitting up blood. Then the cops came with the ambulance and they assumed that this dude was my friend, so they put him in the ambulance with me and my other friend, against our wishes. It was crazy. we were all taken to the emergency room and this serviceman was unconscious. Apparently the man he punched (and knocked out) had another friend who beat the **** out of him. This dude was big. He was standing near his friend who was unconscious in a puddle of blood. He was about 8 feet tall, shirtless, and built like the Hulk. It was crazy. We were all rushed over to the emergency room. The serviceman who was unconscious in the ambulance was waking up, then passing out, his eyes were all battered up. When we got out of the ambulance, the man who was punched and unconscious: his friends, two women, both possibly from the US or Canada, were yelling at me. "Your friend! He did this!" I was like "I'm not friends with this guy." When I called Yongsan Garrison to tell them about this, that one of their guys was in the ER, they didn't seem to bat an eye. Anyway, Happy Memorial Day.

I was there and I saw the whole thing from the start. You should have minded your own business. We laughed at you when you were sent to the ER in the whaaaambulance. Happy memorial day.

The cops came around asking what happened...

"Yes, absolutely in the right!"
"I certainly was in the right!"
"You was definitely in the right. That geezer was cruising for a bruising!"
"Yeah!"
"Why does anyone do anything?"
"I don't know, I was really drunk at the time!"
"I was just telling him, he couldn't get into number 2. He was asking
why he wasn't coming up on freely, after I was yelling and
screaming and telling him why he wasn't coming up on freely.
It came as a heavy blow, but we sorted the matter out"

In the end, the Korean police blamed the whole affair on the British invasion.

But the Americans insisted that it all started because some dickhead wore his baseball hat on inside the bar.

The conversation went something like this:

One guy said to the other guy:

It doesn't matter if you're eating a sausage, wearing socks, drilling a hole, beating your meat, beating your wife, having a cow, nibbling a cookie, cooking a cat, cutting your hair, building a fort, kissing a dog, burning a porch, climbing a tree, stealing a greek, folding a sheet, stabbing a nerd, typing an ode, cutting an emo, pissing a quart, chanting an epos, flicking a booger, scratching a nurse, debugging a batch, replacing a starter, drinking a beer, ventilating a home invader, filing a suit, burning a corpse, undermining a thesis, fisting a badger, saving a nun, saving a dollar, crushing a rebellion, levitating a cucumber, circumcising a democrat, biking a mile, inoculating a viking or smurfing a turd:

WHEN YOU ARE INDOORS, REMOVE YOUR FUCKING HAT!
