If the answer is yes, then you're going to be doing A LOT of breaking up here in Korea. At least in Seoul, the percentage of girls who have had it has got to be really high. Plenty will lie about it too.
For my answer: depends.
A minor modification: probably not.
Full on frankenstein makeover: quite possibly.
Then again, I can't even look at the heavily modded ones, so I wouldn't choose one as a girlfriend anyway.
Breasts mod: Possibly.
They'd have to be extremely realistic, but even then it'd bother me. I've encountered a few pairs of them here in Korea, and it was a big turn off. But, being a breast man, I'd suss this out BEFORE they were a serious girlfriend.
