I just printed my fingerprint cards from the FBI website as a pdf file. I then printed off about 5 cards on cardstock, and not regular paper. I have a few questions and I will number them.

1) I printed the cards in black ink and not blue. Will this be an issue? Can I just use the black ink? It looks good. The problem is my printer is acting up and the blue ink head is not working.

2) What does ORI mean? I've looked online and I'm having a difficult time finding an answer. I have an ORI number from my local police station. I am going there tomorrow to get my prints done. Do I use that number, or is there a different number. Can I leave it blank?

3) If I don't have an Employer and address what do I put? Does the detective who is going to fingerprint me put the police station address?

4) For citizenship I put USA instead of US. Also, I put two digits 86 instead of 1986. Just an example: 02/23/86 instead of 02/23/1986 Will both of these things be an issue?

5) I'm going to send 3-5 copies. Will I need to supply payment for each card or will a one time payment be sufficient?

Thanks... Very Happy

Your police station probably has fingerprint cards for you to use. They will take multiple prints on the sheet, so there isn't really a need to send in more than one.

You can leave employer blank.

See the link for answers to your other questions.

Thanks Sharks. They don't have the cards. This is why I had to download them from the FBI website.
