I have been given a potential offer to take part in a series of short videos designed for teaching English to students. Pay and compensation is given of course. I informed them that I have a tourist visa and they told me it is ok with them. Is this allowed? I do not want to get into any trouble. If I am not allowed to get paid for it am I still allowed to take part? I was thinking of emailing the embassy.... Thank you in advance ~ |

Don't bother emailing the embassy (I doubt you'd get a reply anyway). You cannot work in a Tourist Visa paid or unpaid.
They have special visas for Actors and Entertainers if you're that interested look into them or work illegally and run the risks of not be paid or immigration issues.
Best to move on and enjoy your trip. |
