I'd say Korea is far safer for meeting someone online than in the U.S. Most of my previous gfs I met online, including my significant other now.
That said, meeting someone through friends is safer. |

Man those sites all stink. They're all geared to folks up in Seoul. If you don't live in Seoul, then there's virtually no one on those. Unless there's some Korean equivilant for beingout here in the provinces? |
