The place that I live at has this thing lately to turn off ALL of the outside lights at night just to save money. I'm out in the middle of nowhere so it's insanely dark at night. It wouldn't be so bad but this place has had a history of strange men wandering around at night... some drunk... some exposing themselves to women.
Is there any way I can report this to an agency or something? I want at least some of these lights back on before something happens to anyone living here. |

I'd guess the course of escalation would be talking to the management (if possible), your employer (who actually do the paying most likely), and if both of those fail, the local police station. |

I suppose I should inform the local police then and see if they care (probably not). It's been brought up many times but "management" hasn't done anything since they are so excited to see just how much money they have saved.

| Is it just you complaining about it? Try to get other tenants involved, an older person that can do a lot of yelling would be ideal. |

Yeah, also, even if you don't speak Korean or know any neighbours, depending on how large/small your locale is and how many co-workers you have, someone in your social circle might know people that live there as well. Having older / Korean advocates in the mix will definitely help your cause. Almost certainly you're not the only one who lives there that is concerned about it. |
