Most non-ESL positions will be advertised on individual university sites and in academic sources (e.g. Journal of Higher Education and/or dicipline specific portals).

In almost all instances, non-ESL positions require a Ph.D. in hand. For employment at top-tier universities, a minimum of 2 SCI/SSCI publications is also required to meet the 'points' necessary for full time employment in tenure track or visiting professor positions.

There are 'cross over positions' at some universities. In this case, you'd be teaching English, but targeting proficiency in a given dicipline, for example law, business, or trade.

There may be exceptions. If it is a small, rural university, they may hire on an MBA, for example, to teach intro business classes in English. They will always opt for the Ph.D., though.

Thanks. I found out they are a lowish level uni so I'm guessing they don't pay that much Sad
