Let's say you are to add a second job and you already are enrolled in the NHIC with your first job, can you enroll again with your second job or can you only be an Independent contractor and be charged 3.3%? If you are an IC are you then supposed to register yourself with NHIC? What are the options?

If you are adding another job, why would you sign up for insurance again? Tax is based off your income, so if you are making more now, just put some back for the tax season.

If you already have insurance with your main job, then there is no need to sign up again. Is this second job paying your taxes for you? If not then you will have to do that on your own. It won't affect your tax rate unless you go over the threshold for the tax bracket that you are in now. Check the Korean tax website.
