Keep it casual but somewhat classy. A neatly pressed Metallica OR Pantera shirt tucked in of course, paired with a nice stone washed pair of jeans.

Next, new tennis shoes, no beat up dirty lawn mowing shoes, this is a FREAKING HAGWON INTERVIEW for God's sake not a job digging ditches!

Optional accessories, could be a wallet chain, sunglasses, chain necklace, etc...the options are really endless. You want something that says take me seriously work wise, BUT I am the life of the party when we go out for drinks after.

You think i'm joking but you cant imagine all the different types I have interviewed for my director.

1. There was a young gyopo guy who came in wearing a baby blue suit that was about 5 times too big for him. Nice guy but super nervous.

2. A white guy from the states who was "passing through," and was looking for a litle work.

3. A 50 year old gyopo said he was from San Francisco, couldn't really speak English that well. I asked him what he did for work in SF and he said, "oh a little of this a little of that." He wouldnt say anymore about it. He reeked of cigarette smoke too. Keep in mind this job was a kindy job singing songs...

4. A late 20's early 30's guy who wore a black trench coat, a black T-shirt with some sort of animal print on it, ripped jeans, and black military boots. He told me that he thought he was gonna get fired from the Hagwon down the street (and he told me which hagwon, I actually knew a couple people that worked there too which he said were all A-holes) for not being motivated enough. I asked him to expound on his motivation level and why they didn't think he had enough. He said, "I'm motivated as HELL! All the kids there love me!"

I later found out from the people I knew at his Hagwon that the kids were terrified of him, he hit on all the female teachers, and he only talked about one thing, FOOD. He constantly talked about his crowning achievement, he bought a brick of cheese from some foreign store in Itaewon and he ate it all in one day!

There were more but I'm tired and am going to bed.
