A few years back my friend and his wife rented out Scrooges Pub in Itaewon (I don't think it was all night but a good amount of time). It wasn't the main pub, there is a room upstairs. It was nice (at the time anyway) and fit the occasion nicely. Think it could fit 30-40 people, no problem.

I was in that big BBQ place in Itaewon and someone had one floor reserved for a party.

Between in Itaewon has a second/third floor combo space that fits 50 people perfectly. I did my wedding reception there. We had a modest spread of food and worked out a kind of minimum spending guarantee with the management. It's non-smoking, but has a balcony for people who do want to smoke.
