Have you all had trouble getting your background check apostilled? I mailed mine to them a couple of weeks ago but did not think to include a return tracked envelope, so I'm hoping they're sending it via regular USPS. However, I've tried to contact them, but no one ever picks up when I call, and no one has returned my calls after I leave a message.
Has anyone else had any problems, and how did you resolve them? |

They sent mine back just fine last year and mine was in a ratty envelope with my address and some stamps on it...can't imagine what's going on in your case. Sorry TT |

I guess there's just a long processing time at the moment. I'd just really like to contact them for an update like I could when getting the background check. |

Also took me one week to get mine apostilled by US Dept of State. Their website says to include a prepaid self-addressed envelope, but I'm sure they'll send it to you via standard USPS if you forgot to include it. |
