| I currently work at their other branch, Suji. One of the better hakwons I've worked at. At other hakwons I've always felt the staff is against the teachers. Parents call to complain and the staff immediately assumes the teachers are in the wrong. Not here. The staff trust their teachers and always make sure to listen to both sides of any story. Boss is amazing, the only hakwon boss I've had that I truly respect. They pay is generous compared to other places but you do work for it. If you actually enjoy teaching kids then I don't think you'd get a much better deal than JLee. |
