I know that KEB and a few other banks offered secured card options.
I was wondering if Woori Bank or Hyundai Card also offered these options. |

I know Woori does. Limit = 90% of collateral deposit.
It takes about a 1-2 weeks to get the card after you apply.

Hyundai card has an English contact number 1899-6111. You could try giving them a call to learn more about the types of cards they offer.
FYI, don't think it's possible for people on E2 to get one of their cards. |
