Hi,
Have just arrived in the country after competing a contract in Indon. I'm ready to go with everything paperwork wise. But having looked back through the respective Korean forum topics here, I can't find any recent posts regarding this so am reaching out for some help.
I'm seeking the best option for a pre-paid voice and text message only SIM card for my own unlocked gsm handset, primarily so the agency can contact me re jobs. I dont need data. In Indonesia this was very easy, here I don't know where to begin, thanks very much. (I'm currently spending an initial few days in Haeundae). |

KT/Olleh has a 'style' plan, don't know if it's still offered. There's a 'style 180' that gets you 200(?) minutes and (50?) free text messages/month for 18,000 won, style 240 for 24,000 won and more minutes, etc.
You probably need a foreigner registration card to get it, if it's still available. Otherwise, don't pre-paid plans work for you, though they'll be more expensive? |

Please disregard this thread.
This matter is complicated with many options it seems. I will learn about it as my time here unfolds. Thanks. |
