There was a thread on this recently, but I was wondering of someone could clarify this for me. My school didnt change my address either (I checked after reading the other thread...).
My question;
Who is liable to pay the fine for not reporting, myself or the school?

Your passport, your address, your visa, your responsibility to report a change in YOUR status = your fine.
