I don't know about that. Michael Phelps consumed 12,000 calories a day (which included two pounds of pasta and one whole pizza) while training. I doubt he had a slow metabolism. |

Anecdotal, but I've always enjoyed cool showers, as well as the cold pool after the sauna, & I'm thin.
Should add though, food doesnt interest me much beyond basic nutrition & I never stuff myself. |

It's a myth.
Some of the biggest guys I know of, bodybuilders and strongmen, consume 7-9000 a day - but these are massive men - usually 300-400lbs!
During my last bulk, I tried to hit 5000 a day on average - was freaking hard for me. |
