Icthammol Ointment/Drawing Salve in Korea???

I've got a nasty splinter that I can't seem to get out. Tried the tweezer route but no luck. I read that using Icthammol ointment helps, but I'm not sure how I'd explain what this is to a pharmacist. Anyone know what they'd call what I'm looking for?

Use super glue - put a little over the sphincter, wait for it to dry - then rip it off!
