Sejong in Seoul... Koreatech in Cheonan and the nuke place in Ulsan are all trying to hire PhDs in Engineering....
GOOD LUCK! Why would someone with a research record in engineering work there? |

| For money they would. In the 80's the Korean government enticed quiet a few Koreans, who earned their PhD's from overseas, to work on Korea's nuclear weapons program. They offering over 1 million US$, a free house, and coverage into an international school for school age children. |

| My neighbor did a PhD in chemistry here because Korea was the only place that would accept him. He'd take a job like that. |

umm .. I am interested in this post as an employment opportunity if that's ok !
I am already working in Samsung but my feunce will join me in Korea in December and she is looking for a job.. so she would be interested in something like this !
do you mind showing me where I can find these Job postings?
She is a fresh graduate though. Bachelor in Environmental Engineering |

The job ib Ulsan is posted on this site. Check "korea" on www.chronicle.com and www.higheredjobs.com.
But if you are an engineer, you make much more money working for a company. |
