I might be a little late, but every year I go to the same place in Seoul for my Halloween stuff.

It's at Jongro 5ga station outside of exit 7. If you just walk straight for about 2 minutes, you'll see a Woori Bank on the right. It's immediately after the bank on the corner. The name is 종로완구사.

I went on Saturday and they still had a lot of stuff. Very Happy

What do they have there for plastic pumpkins and candy... and what are their prices? I went to Namdaemun Market on the weekend but the store that carries imported stuff was closed. There was one candy shop that had a bit of stuff left (bags of 75 miniatures was 18,000 Won) but they hardly had any candy left.
