That's impressive considering how hard it is for foreigners to acquire. But yeah, the analysts are screaming buy.
We have an appointment Monday to open an Etrade-KR account so I can buy me some... |

Not hard for actual financial investing companies to buy. Just irritating and definitely comes with a few hurdles for small time individual personal wealth investors such as yourself.
I have changed my opinion of you--you're definitely involved in the markets, however I'm thinking purely as a (relatively new) individual investor. Not sure how well you do or don't do, but I'm also relatively confident you've spent very very little time anywhere near an actual trading firm.
In all seriousness though, congratulations and welcome to the world of equities trading! It's definitely tough and has a steep learning curve, but do your homework well, stay a bit skeptical at first and don't get complacent prior to making any decisions and I'm sure you'll do ok |

The bad news is locals are selling--buying high and selling low?
But the U.S. stock market is fairly or over-valued, Europe doesn't look like it's going to get its act together in the near-term, emerging markets are seen as too risky, so Korea probably looks like a good place to invest.
Time will tell. |
