So your Mr. Hyde only comes out on this thread but you're secretly a sweet nice Dr. Jekyll?
The best kept secret in the world.

She's the victim of the most superficial society on Earth. You are showing your true character in this thread.

And this.
Still LOL, at everyone who has their panties up in a bunch. This woman brought it upon herself. LOL. |

No I'm actually a really nice guy in person, however, it's not my fault that millions of people in South Korea don't feel comfortable in the bodies with which they were born. Seriously, still lolling. |

What a depressing story. 30 million won for 15 procedures over the course of a day? How could it cost so much? She was really scammed.
And this is remarkable too: "South Korea's $5 billion plastic surgery industry - that's a quarter of the global market according to the country's antitrust watchdog "
1/4 ? In a country with less than 1 % of the world population. Yikes. |

This thread is a new low even for Daves. Being entertained or amused by the misery of others is just about the lowest one can go.
Snap out of it. |

As a wider issue, yes this is quite troubling.
I think employment should depend less on looks and more on experience. This is not the case, and so Koreans know their best shot is looks and looks alone. Really sad. Also, everyone here follows the established idea of beauty, which is really dumb. Be different, be diverse. Koreans just have no interest in that. Again, sad. |

This country is about as far from being a meritocracy as it can get. So much focus on appearances. |
