No, he's lying. Steelrails is kimchi ninja, 97.3%. Stain knows this too, he pointed it out, and I also think i know who he is. He's part of the crew that probably thinks this site would die if they didn't let sr troll, so they're subtle about it, exact same personalities though. Some of you guys are delusional and/or too Canadian heh, but there's that 2.7% chance I'm wrong, I barely come by anymore. I just got the email and was watching this crap football game so whatever. Steelrails said he was going to do this. It's obvious. There is no rich banker on Dave's... well there is and he still owes me hooker money... but this ain't him, it was Steelrails screwing with you like the rhetorical no life gyopo strategist korea defender he is. And he'll keep it retired, won't he? Sorry for blowing up the spot. Peace.

Masterful troll by Steelrails, though he steelrailed it up eventually, of course.

It was a good troll job. Enough people were onto it early and more caught on later though. It kept hits going for awhile. Stay tuned until the next one pops up.

I'd thought it was Madoka (with a touch of whatever rendition Dodge was using at the time) as well, tbh.

It is prudent to dress well to fit into this culture of all flash and no substance.

Yes, he's right if somebody wants to stay here for a long time. But many don't. They couldn't care less about this place and dress accordingly. Back home in a job they cared about, they wouldn't do that. Those who do want to stay here for a long time will adhere to the superficiality if (and only if) it benefits them monetarily. In almost all cases, it does. But Ninja isn't concerned about that. His thing is to make foreigners look bad. More specifically, people from the U.S., a place he came from. I can only imagine what happened to him over there.

And wonder what happened to him here too.
Your toilet paper campaign appears to have worked.
Well done.

But Cosmic, the thing with toilet paper is that it is always needed. Today, in fact, I ran out of it. Thank god for showers.

the op would get his ass handed to him on an American subway for dressing like a tool. Guaranteed.

LOL at the OP for falling in line and becoming a Korean sheep trying to dress to impress on his way to a pathetic hagwon job. Loser.

Dress the way you want people.

I don't know, when I think of the average ajjeoshi and ajumma, and their dress sense, "cleanliness" is the last thing that pops into my mind. I don't think, however, that foreigners look that dirty in Korea, most of them just look poorly dressed, and in the case of foreigners wearing loose-fitting jeans, outdated. I have seen some hippie-type foreigners in Korea though, which would be the worst because anything hippie is disgusting.

I will say this, the better ESL jobs probably allow teachers to dress the way they want. My job did. I would be looking for another job if I had to wear dress pants, dress shirt and Tie. It's too much like Thailand or Saudi Arabia. A requirement by a flawed structure. Although t-shirts and blue jeans may be going a little too far.

Ninja boy hasn't posted in ten days. Anybody have any theories?

He got mud splashed all over him by a passing taxi as he was waiting to cross the street. As he was crossing the street another taxi ran the red light on purpose to run him over. The taxi backed up and with his last breath he asked the taxi driver, "WHY?". The taxi driver patted himself on the back and said, "Good job. One less dirty American."
