There's more drunk driving here on an average Friday night than you'll see back home in a year.

Actually Korea has seriously cracked down on drunken driving. Most companies and government employees face severe consequences for drunken driving. The drunk driving chauffeur services have also helped.

What you're seeing is just normal crappy Korean driving.

Yeah, my first instinct was that the drivers were drunk, but now I know, they're just retards.

Thanks SR for clearing that up for us.

Since the vast majority of crime in Korea involving foreigners has the foreigner as the victim of a shady Korean employer, hopefully this will be addressed at the meeting. Also, they should provide more information on just which laws people are expected to obey and which can just be ignored. On the morning of the meeting we could also follow the key speaker on his way to the meeting and videotape all his traffic violations. We could also write up pretend tickets for all the laws broken by the presenters during the day. "Mr. Kim, here is a $50 ticket for spitting on the street during the coffee break." "Mrs. Jang, this is for littering." "Mr. Lee, this is for parking your car on the crosswalk when you went to the bank at lunchtime." "Mr. Park, this is for smoking under that sign that says 'No Smoking'."

Could be a fun day.

You all need to be sent for re-education through labor you dirty AIDS infested glue bag sniffing foreigners!!

Beginning next year, certain provinces will require a month of re-programming...er..I mean...training. Then you will be allowed to teach and be good foreigners......
