Assuming that you only work 5 days per week have 4 weeks holiday (30 days, including weekends), then you'd be getting about 15 dollars per day. More simply put, it's about $300/month. But.... the most important think to keep in mind is that this job is in Kurdistan. I don't know what average salary or cost of living is there but I would guess that it's not very high (and this job seems to include a place to live).
All-in-all, probably a good choice for someone who just wants to travel off the beaten path. Most people get into ELT to travel the world. |

That very well could be the monthly wage and not the annual pay. Or perhaps they forgot a zero.
I have seen many ads on Craigslist or otherwise offering 20 million won a month or 250000 won an hour. |

| Doing a bit of background checking on Kurdistan and salaries it cannot be $3,500 a year....it says the average family makes between $2500-$4000 a month in their. |
