Hi,
So I was offered an english teacher position at Korea for Hagwon , and I've had the interview already. After discussing salary, insurance, pension and other things, they've decided to hire me, and told me to go through the training. However, the Hagwon has yet to show me my contract or offer the contract paper itself. I've asked the director of the Hagwon regarding the contract paper, and I did not get any response. Is this normal, or do I need to take an action regarding this situation.
Thanks in advance~ |

Sounds like CDI. Prepare to get screwed. This isn't the US. You have minimal (no) protections and fewer options at this point.
