Does anyone have any experience with purchasing varenicline (Chantix) in Korea? What about bupropion(Zyban)? Are they available in Korea? If so, what is the pricing like? Has it worked for you in helping to quit smoking?

As far as I know smoking cessation tools don't work for most people, but Swedish snus definitely does. Not sure if you can have it shipped to Korea, I know that it can be shipped to the States though.

Download the Allen Carr Easyway video from your favorite torrent site. It's only an hour long. Watch it carefully and then quit.

Simples.

When I read his book five years ago, I quit the next day. Allen Carr died of lung cancer btw.

Two years ago for me. I'd been smoking for 25 years, and (on a day when I wasn't drinking) I'd smoke 2 packs of Marlboro Reds a day. I found stopping (cold turkey) really easy after reading Allen Carr.
