Apps? You need apps? My dear fellow, haven't you made any friends? How does one come by front row aisle seats for a first night at the Opera Toscana with one day's notice? How does one arrange a private viewing of the tapestry collection at the Royal Saxon Gallery? How does one secure a corner table at Chez Dominique on a Thursday? You must make friends! |

| No one? I don't live in Seoul. I've been laying low for a while trying to pay down debt. As I finally cross that corner, over the next year or so, the days of frugality and staying in will soon be over. (Had a great 2 or 3 years when I neglected debts. Pre recession Korea gave me no sense of urgency.) I used some websites here when I first got here. Though I think there things work better when you live in Seoul or Gyeonggi and screw you if you don't. Also, there was some white guy curiousity when I first got over here with a lot of C Blocking mixed in. Anyways, I've checked these sites again recently, but seems to be fewer people than before. So, I just assume, most have migrated over to smart phone apps. Some of you must be using these things? |

| I won't judge anyone who uses apps but my little stint with online dating and apps have been some of the most superficial interactions I've had with people. Going out and meeting women in real life is so much better and effective. |
