I ordered something off of Iherb. It was taking much longer than usual.
I got an e-mail from iherb saying I need a PCC code, and our ARC number would no longer serve that purpose. Yet, I went on the Unipass website, and I entered my passport number 10 times; I got nowhere. I also called some customs English help-line, but his English was seriously limited.

Anyway, I suppose I can wait. It might somehow get through. The guy I spoke to claimed we don't need such a code since we're foreigners.
I posted on the page connected to my city asking if anyone else had problems with their orders, and loads of people have had major delays.
Maybe it has to do with it being close to Seollal.

I made an order from iherb 3 weeks ago. Customs called on Saturday and my wife spoke to them. From what she could gather, there was a problem with cinnamon or chamomile. Certain dried goods had been outlawed. I tried to have them to take the problem items out with little effect. They said that it may arrive after solnal. Go figure!!

You can no longer get melatonin in Korea. Go figure! I heard maybe even echinacea. I can't even imagine why there would be a problem with chamomile. As far as cinnamon, I did order some Ceylon cinnamon and there was no problem, as far as I know. It's not like cinnamon's a problem. However, according to the logic over here, who knows, really. I have had to also mail this one company over-and-over my customs number. I entered that number when I ordered, but sometimes iherb doesn't request that new P number.

Nope. Placed an order last week using only my passport number, got some protein, a few supplements, and a couple of food items. The whole process took 7 days. However, the order I placed before that one took about 3 weeks.
