I don't know, the insurance company may say that it's 20% their fault for walking there. |

Yeah I tried to sue for the crappy air and they said it's 20% my fault for breathing.
I guess I have another bad habit to end.
On a serious note, don't expect they will get much. Some guy got his toes chopped off on a poorly maintained escalator. He got 60 million. Oh not dollars. 60 million won. Won't even buy you a 20 pyeong villa.
Korea. Where life is cheap.

Was the escalator in a store or the subway? I can see someone not getting that much from the metro system. |
