OP, it's extremely unlikely that you're smelling what you think you're smelling. As others have pointed out, there is at least one traditional, common Korean incense/medicine/air cleanser which happens to smell virtually identical to weed/hemp when being burned. Virtually every westerner I've known in Korea has smelled this at some point and been confused, but this substance is not cannabis, it's not illegal, and no, it won't get you high.
Regardless, here's a question for OP: Why would you think you need to do anything at all even if you were smelling weed? |
