I had an Italian scooter for about a year. Loved the convenience, but inevitably, I got too comfortable and confident in my skills. Ended up being smashed by an adjuma looking for an address. She didn't look before taking off from a stopped position, turned right into me and my left knee has suffered every winter because of that fateful day. They warned me, I never listened. It was fun, but looking back, I don't think I would do it again.

Devil on my shoulder says: Ahhh, come on you loved it. Freedom from the bullshit on subways, cheaper than taxis, Freeeeeeeedddooooooom...

Just like with driving cars, there is always a risk of accidents.

Yep, and a lot of what happened to me was my own fault. I should've recognized the situation and given her a wide berth. Assuming is dangerous when riding. 20/20 hindsight and all that.

Surprisingly not bad considering Korean's normal aversion to anything used. I imagine if you take good care of whichever one you get, you could get most of your money back selling in ten months. Probably between 800k-1 million.
