Do locals still eat dogs or not? If so, then do they still hang and beat them alive prior to consuming them?

Well, ... , I would say "yes" ... even though I'm not an Olympian. I lived across the street (like 10 feet) from one of the "shops" back then, less than ten years ago, from what I could tell, and from where I lived (a.k.a. RIGHT near Gupo Market in Busan), they dumped the dogs in a big vat/can of water and electrocuted and tenderized 'em with a bunch of spikes in the same metallic bucket, from what I could tell. Still pretty inhumane, in my opinion, but what do I know?... I'm a meat-lover. Still better than the placed I lived near in Daejeon that beat the poor F'ERS 2 deaths over a day or more period while they were strung up...those same gaeshekees were the ones that barked the loudest at ME! Stoopid THEM.

Sorry. Also meant to say that my current residence is less than ten feet across from a "healthy" restaurant. They are open about 3-4 days of the week. If you want to report/try to close them, let me know. (honestly, they are just a business. they aren't loud or abnoctious. theyve never troubled me, my wife, or my kids. ive never heard a dog wail in pain. are they really worse than the beef, pork, fish (raw or otherwise), veggie, or whatever places nearby????) No, I'm not a dog-ch0wer, but all the rest is fair game, except for cats, just because.

????

Let the games continue...

What do they serve as specialty at the "healthy" restaurant?

Says any rational, thinking human. For examples, read the article you posted.

That animals react to stimuli in no way proves that they think, feel and act in the way humans do. Since humans are animals there will be some similarities, but to foist intentions such as cruelty onto animals, as you did with cats from watching then on youtube--wikipedia is a big step up for you, kudos--is ignorant sentimentality.

Ah...perhaps you learned English late in life...as a second language maybe?
Your inability to comprehend the subtleties of rhetoric and your continued misapplication of conceptual semantics is not helping this discussion.
To that end...I wish you the best.

Nice evasion. In other words, you have no argument

Well, not so nice really; the insult was a very tired cliche.

If we can get back on-topic, the thread can continue. If the side battles continue, the thread will be locked.

Only on this forum, where a lack of originality seems to be a point of pride.

No doubt you read Koharski's post?

We are not having an argument.
We are merely mocking each other, and it adds nothing to this thread save our own amusement, and even at that it wasn't very amusing.

Your opinion is of no value to me.
Pester someone else.

First you evade and now you hide behind a mod's skirts. Cool
