My friend needs some advice on how to fight a parking ticket. His car was photographed by one of those bubble cameras but the side of the street where he parked had no signage indicating it was a no parking zone. He has taken pictures of the street and he is right about there being no posted signs. I am guessing he should go to his local Gu office. I'm not sure who he should talk to.

Anyone have some advice on how he should proceed?

Check the lines by the edge of the road. Depending on color and pattern, they might indicate a no-parking zone. Be sure those aren't there if that's the case.

Thank you sir. My friend checked his pictures and low and behold a yellow line was on the side of the road where he parked. He's pissed but he will pay the ticket.

He said next time he will park on the sidewalk like everyone else does.

Can you tell those police to come to Incheon?

Every morning without fail there are four or five vans and trucks parked on double yellows, along the busiest arterial road. The drivers walk round the side and open their doors right out into the middle of speeding traffic.

If police ever bothered to enforce laws here the world would gasp in shock and awe.

Connor MacLeod: How do you fight such a savage?
Ramirez: With heart, faith and steel. In the end there can be only one.
