I'm going through negotiations with my present school. They are splitting from the main branch and going their own way. They want to keep me on and they have tacitly agreed to match the raise schedules of other adult schools, like Pagoda or YBM.

I'm finishing my third year with the same school with no raise yet total of 10 years experience. I worked at the university around the corner from the academy for two years and I also had a KATUSA roommate when I was stationed in Uijeongbu way back in the 90s (according to one of the sales staff that is a big draw for young male students).

I have worked at Pagoda but didn't stay on for consecutive contracts, but I thought they offer a raise after 6 months, a year, etc.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what the amounts are?

The raises are between 0 and 1000 won an hour. So 0 to 120000 won a month raise every 6 months. Almost no one gets the max.

There is a cap but I dont know how much it is.
