I'm curious as why health insurance premiums can fluctuate from one month to the next? I generally pay between 118,000 - 138,000w per month for my spouse and myself. Are you charged less if you don't use any medical services? More if you do?

There are many things that can affect your insurance premiums. Are you with NHIS? Are you on a private plan? Are you self-employed, an employee, business owner, or other? No one here can really give you an answer since there is nothing to base one on. However, NHIS has English customer service (in case you're not fluent in Korean, don't know that either) and all the major private providers do as well. Just make a call.
