				| I'm living in Korea and am wondering if it's a better idea to use a personal photo, which I think I look really good in, or should I go to a pro and let them photoshop it all up...as they do.
Being that I'm now 40 I of course want to put my best foot forward, but I figure that Korean employers are well aware of how manipulated pro photos are. Would a good candid photo be better? I certainly already look younger than my age and am in pretty great shape if I do say so myself. Wouldn't a good personal photo represent that better?

Just wondering what you all do. Especially those who are over 35 years of age. But would love to hear from anyone/everyone.
 Cheers!

				| You are thinking too much. If it's a good photo, use it. | |

I don't think you need to get a professional photo done if you already have a good one. If you are applying for a kindy/elementary school position, photos with you interacting with kids would look good.

				| The most I've ever done is wear a suit and have a friend take the picture. I would never waste money on a professional photo for these jobs. | |
