Tonight I saw Avengers and I could swear that I saw my old neighborhood in Anyang. In front of where I used to live there were several overhead walkways which were over the street and connected together (not common). It was near a Lotte Mart.
I looked it up and I found one link that claimed that certain scenes were shot on "Anyang Street".
Anyone (specifically those who were in Anyang at the time of the shooting) hear anything? |

| You are correct, good sir. It was shot in Naesondong (technically Uiwang, I believe), by Lottemart, under the highway. I moved from there years ago but my buddy still lives there and was pretty excited. Good looks. |

My predecessor was here during the filming. But I live in the area now and immediately recognized the spot when I saw the film. Yeah, right outside the Lotte Mart. Pretty trippy. |

Any word on Star Trek 3? Filming for that is rumored to be scheduled for Seoul as well.
