Where can I find the complete official list of all the documents needed to change from an E-series visa to the F-2 visa through the points system? Either Korean or English version is fine.
I have already checked the announcement about the Points Based Immigration System that I got from hiKorea (Points_based Immigration System.hwp). It only lists 4 documents (but I think they only verify that you have the required number of points) and even here there is some confusion. For instance, under Study experience in Korea, it says,
∙ Study Abroad Experience in Korea : Degree or Certificate (for Korean language training only), Entry&Exit Information System, International Students Information System
Is the Graduation Certificate issued by the University enough, or do we need some other documents as well regarding study experience? Also, regarding the Social Integration Program, is the total awarded points 16+10(language + completion)?
Can all the processes related to application be completed in a single day, or should we expect to have to do multiple trips to the Immigration office? Is it necessary to involve a lawyer or can we do it on our own?
Please help. I would especially appreciate it if someone who has obtained F-2 visa through the point system would share their experience.
Thank you very much. |

Slightly less. 15+10. (An earlier English language pdf contained a misprint.) |

Where can I find the latest most official document that has all these things? I have tried going through HiKorea but it's very hard to find what you are looking for in the Korean version of the website
It would be easier if I could find a blog or website where someone has been uploading a copy of the official documents |
