Hi,

I'd like to report a very dishonest school who fires people without any notice, pays no severance, takes illegal teachers on without any visa and pays them in cash, doesn't report taxes, etc.

Is there a simple, anonymous way to have them investigated, or will I have to go to court and turn it into a big deal?

Violations of labor law need to be addressed by the individual involved otherwise NOTHING will happen.

The tax man needs to be notified with SPECIFICS (and not just generalities) that they can move forward with on in a criminal matter.

Immigration is ONLY concerned about immigration violations (illegally working on a tourist visa, overstay, engaging in activities not permitted by someone's status of sojourn, etc). Be careful with this one because if there is a violation in YOUR closet you could very well slam the door on yourself as well as the egregious employer.

Yea immigration doesn't have much stomach for birds of a feather. talkers and doers often get eliminated from the education system altogether. Fair enough.
