| Does anyone have information about getting university exam proctoring? I live in Goyang. I have asked local libraries and they don't provide the service. The Canadian embassy is far, and costly. |

| Might want to give your local university (not college) a try. If there isn't a qualified foreigner there, someone in the International Affairs team (국제교류) would know if it can be done with a Korean prof. |
