Hey there everyone. Not sure if this is the correct forum to ask this question, but hopefully it is.
I'm getting my documents ready to begin the application process for getting a position in a private school within the next week. Should have the documents all back, notarized, apostilled etc by Monday of next week.
I've noticed that when you fill in the health statement, they ask you about serious illnesses or injuries in the last five years.
I fractured my shoulder in January of last year, but it healed up extremely quickly. I am generally very healthy, with only the odd cold here and there.
My question is therefore whether or not the fractured shoulder might come into consideration and they would refuse me a Visa because of it? I have no problems with mobility and there is zero pain because of it. I'm just worried that this might be a problem.
Any advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated in regards to this matter. |

Not an issue.
Simply put, "Fractured shoulder with 100% recovery."
Fractures are not contagious nor are they a mental health issue.
Back in the day before kids were wrapped in bubble wrap and cotton wool we often did things like break bones, get sprains and have contusions as a part of growing up with an active, outdoor lifestyle.

Hey. Thanks a million for the swift reply.
I've had to go through a few processes like getting a new passport because of the strange situation of where I live, having to get a different criminal record check because Korean immigration might not accept the first and a few other niggles along the way.
Being rejected because of something like that would have literally crushed me, after the length of time it's taken to get to this point and the hurdles I've had to jump.
So thanks for putting my mind at ease in regards to this matter. |
