It seems that as she is a first time power crazy bint, she doesn't have to be in the clink!

This case touched a nerve in korea not because she is so unusual- but because egomaniacal abuses of employees is the norm.

I'm glad they released her. She deserved to be punished, but she did enough time in the can already.

She should have to work for free for a year as a flight attendant.

What is it with you and this woman? Have you got a thing for her?

You are always defending her.

He thinks she's hot.

I guess she's sorta hot in a MILF Michael Jackson look-alike dominatrix rich sorta way.

She served four months in prison. Since in Korea apparently the Appeals Courts can make factual determinations (and even comment on grounds for leniency in sentencing), and the appellate court decided her action did not deviate the flight path, then its reasonable for her to be released.

Quote:
The court had quashed one of her convictions - illegally deviating a flight - a charge intended for hijackers.
But the assault in the form of jabbing the flight attendant with a bunch of papers was not over-turned. That verdict stands. And surely so does the humiliation. She became "nut-rage woman" around the world. That memory can't be erased.

I would say Park Chang-jin can still count this as a victory against a Chaebol child.
