Does anyone know what the embassies are saying about MERS...

I keep getting various reports and probably should follow govt advice to certain degree.

My government asking me to trust the Korean government makes me trust my government a little less.

We are all well-advised to postpone our weddings. You've been warned.

You'd think they would at least take off the masks for a few minutes for the photos. That picture is just absurd.

Edit: Should have read the article. They did that as a joke. Pretty funny I think.

Not to belittle the situation, but seriously, we all have a higher chance of dying today in a car accident, cancer, heart disease, drug addiction, drug overdose, poisoning, kidnappings, random violent crime, and the list goes on.

Take precautions, yes, but there's no need to be controlled by fear and paranoia.

Not worried about it at all, and the people wearing masks outside with nobody around them is just plain ignorant. Do you they think they are going to catch MERs from plants?

I am more concerned by the crazy drivers and the worsening pollution in this country. And they're thinking of having more coal-fired plants.
Just brilliant.

Just got notice that an entire conference scheduled for this Friday and Saturday in Seoul has been indefinitely postponed because of MERS concerns.

Stop it...you're doing too much thinking..go back to your regularly scheduled television program or news update.

Fear and paranoia...what do you think keeps this charade going? That is the fuel, the lifeblood. People must have an enemy at all times..and if there isn't one readily available...then dammit one must be provided. Viruses in the short term make great ones...

Where's that mad guy who was talking about trooping around in the summer heat wearing ski masks and swimming goggles?

Edit- since he's maybe not been on here a bit, maybe he died of MERS Shocked
