Where is a shop that can fix my Canadian-purchased Acer laptop (Windows  ?
This is the problem.
It's a 2014 Acer bought in Canada (with Windows . It was working OK in Canada and the first 5 months in Korea. 3 visible problems: (1) The AC power cord/plug is defective. To make it work when it is plugged into the laptop, I need to constantly jiggle it. (2) When the laptop is plugged in and I press the on button (located on left side of laptop near the AC power plug), I feel a small flow of electricity (not just a shock but continuously). (3) After I push the power button, the Acer logo screen appears with the usual moving dots (etc.) Next, the purple screen appears and it just sits there. Nothing works. The purple screen reminds of the Windows 8 purple background. |
