I left Korea a few months ago, traveled around Asia a bit now i'm back home in the UK.

I've set up a mini recycling business, using the Poles and Romanians as my major source of labour.

Things are going okay at the moment, the business is growing (about to move into another city) and I'm thinking of making some of these to save on gas:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=korean+recycling&espv=2&biw=1366&bih=643&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=8HaCVfzpMMWBU-2WgcAJ&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ#tbm=isch&q=korean+recycling+carts&imgrc=tBKswTvpl1G1aM%253A%3BwcKr9RJVU2EqAM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fbramanswanderings.files.wordpress.com%252F2013%252F03%252Frecycle.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fbramanswanderings.com%252Ftag%252Fdharani-sutra%252F%3B768%3B492

The Poles work hard and drink even harder. I got them some soju the other day, they smashed it back and then went back to drinking their 9.7abv beer. Hardcore!

Any particular reason for that? Are they cheaper, are they better workers, are they the only ones who would do the job? Not having a go, just trying to find out how much of what UKIP says is true/bollocks.

cheaper - yes

better workers - yes

only ones that would do the job - yes

I do have one Irish guy and a PT Scot helping out too. The Polish have better English skills than them too!

Smithington - if you ever need a job - PM me!

@ Lucas

Get an old bathtub. Fill it with sandy water. Stir. Throw the cardboard box material in. Gently stir the water for 1 minute. Take out the cardboard box material. Let dry for 24 hours.

The sand will penetrate the pores in the cardboard box material without discoloring the material. The sand will increase the weight of the material by about 15%; just enough to up the profits without drawing suspicion.

Note* this procedure doesn't work with light paper.

Thanks for the tip! I am however a man of integrity, plus I can undercut my rivals.

My workers live in garden sheds at the back of my house. Most of the 'pens' are better that the 'one rooms' you guys are living in before anyone starts getting all upset with my 'slave labour'

They all have a working light bulb, and a communal fridge and washing machine. It never really gets below -2 around here in winter, so no need for heating.

They're happy with it. I don't employ people with children either.
