Has anyone attended a Ham party? What are your experiences?
Apparently, the groom's friends go to the bride's home and collect money.

It's an awful lot weirder than that from the stuff I've seen. Isn't one guy the 'horse'? Don't they have dried octopus hanging on their face?

I'll find out tomorrow night. I know one guy is the "ham" and he is supposed to be a guy with a son, so I am not he. |

I did find out that the o jing o scares away the evil spirt, which would cause bad luck for the couple if it stays. |
