At least that's what the headline says. I think he was taken out of context. He had barely started talking about South Korea when he was interrupted by someone from the audience who yelled out "crazy". That person was probably referring to his previous comments about Saudi Arabia. He continued talking about the Saudis after he was interrupted and repeated his claim about them making a billion dollars a day. I heard the K language media is portraying this as racist bashing of Koreans.
