This is a nice 2 bedroom sunlit apartment in a prime HBC (Haebangchon) location. I am posting this ad for the owner, a very nice Korean lady which will take care of any problems with the apartment. We have lived here 3 years and have been very happy without any major problems. Good for a small family or couple.

The Key money is 5 million, and rent is 700,000 per month. The apartment will be rented furnished and move-in ready to the interested party that agrees to buy all of it's contents. We are selling almost everything which would make it convenient for someone moving to Seoul for the first time or those that want a furnished apartment. We are asking 900,000 won for all of the contents. The price is negotiable. Everything is in useful condition and appliances and electronics are in working order. This is a onetime expense that you would agree to pay once you sign the lease. We are leaving Korea December 4th but the apartment can be available December 1st if needed.

The apartment is in a great international area, located at the bottom of the hill down a street parallel to the attractions of the main road in HBC but quieter. Public transportation is close at hand to get to central Seoul or across Banpo bridge to Gangnam, it's also an easy walk across the road to trendy Gyeongnidan (Kyungridan) or to Itaewon.
