|
|
Hey all,
I've a university job for March and am wondering about my fiancé. Is there anyway for her to stay in Korea longer than the 90 day tourist visa without getting married first? She is of Sri Lankan citizenship.
Thanks ahead of time for your help.
Best,

There is no fiancé visa.
As a Sri Lankan citizen (Sri Lankan passport), unless she holds permanent residency elsewhere, there is virtually no chance of a TR visa.
Get married and, if you are on an E2, she can get an F3.

Also thanks for your response! |
